Telephonically facilitating and coordinating all aspects of the injured clients medical care in a timely manner and with consideration to the criteria based model. Telephonic services are provided for workers' compensation and Short Term Disability (STD) Insurance. 

Our standard service includes:

  • Telphonically assessing clients current health status
  • Developing viable and realistic care plans
  • Coordinating healthcare services
  • Providing client education to assist with self management 
  • Monitoring clients progress toward desired outcomes
  • Communicating regularly telephonically and electronically with clients, employers, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance companies
  • Evaluating outcome of cllient care
  • Reporting and other required documentation of all casework activities
